    I am unfortunately really short of giving up the program. Now, It simply does not start or crashes directly. I often reinstall my whole system, because always somehow a program freaks out and so I try to resolve the problem. The latest versions of HDR Light Studio often give me problems, so I can't work with it on the Mac under Big Sur 11.6.2. Most of the time I reuse old light setups because of that.
    Are there people/users here who also have problems? I have also already contacted the support. Mark has always responded, but I have never been able to get the program to work, so it has been no help. I would be interested in your opinion.

    Hi Thomas. Firstly I am sorry you are having these issues and have not been able to resolve them with us (me) yet. We have a lot of customers using MacOS, and if there was a big general issue with HDR Light Studio on MacOS, I feel we would be having a lot of support cases about this. But we do not... so there is something specific going on here we need to get to the bottom of.

    I will get one of our developers to get in touch with you and try to trouble shoot things with you and get this solved for you. If we find something useful to the wider community of MacOS users, we can post information about it here too. Many thanks for raising this.

    In the future, if you have issues, please do not do system reinstalls. There really is not need at all I can think of. As we can easily trouble shoot the existing installation to work out what is happening.

    Thanks for your reply. yes unfortunately there were still problems with the app. I have started a new attempt at your support, that we can solve the problem together so that I can work productively again. I am actively working on this problem as I think there are other Mac Pro users out there who might find it helpful. i was a bit overzealous with my emails. i hope support can forgive me :-)
