  Hello,
  
  I'm having an issue getting the presets to work properly. They seem to load, but the preview icons/thumbnails don't. They just show up as white boxes. Check the attached image.
  
  Any ideas?
  
  I'm in 8.1.1

  That's because the new Presets labelled as for 8.2, they only work with HDR Light Studio 8.2 and higher. You need to upgrade your HDR Light Studio software to 8.2.
